Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (Please note that high volume periods or unexpected supply chain issues may cause slight delays in processing.)
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We manufacture our heavy-duty terminals and ship directly from our main facility in South Korea to ensure the highest quality control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Once the package arrives in the US and clears customs, you will be able to track its final journey directly through the USPS tracking system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Bulldog Welding is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or taxes, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Damages and Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and contact us immediately at changiyun99@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the damage and make it right. If you believe your package is lost in transit after the estimated delivery timeframe has passed, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
