30-Day Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, uninstalled, without any signs of welding or electrical use, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, you can contact us at changiyun99@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: For standard returns (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for the return international shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Defective Items (The Bulldog Guarantee) We stand by the Bulldog Terminal 100%. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at changiyun99@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we will ship a replacement directly to you at no extra cost—no need to ship the heavy defective part back to us internationally.
Non-returnable Items We cannot accept returns on items that have been installed, subjected to welding, or modified in any way. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at changiyun99@gmail.com.
